Keep every part inside the grid, clear of other items and dividers. Select an item to rotate it. Some items can separate or fold. Read the rule at the top of the level; a hint ticket can show one placement.

Use the same App Store or Google Play account on your iPhone or Android device, open the shop and choose Restore Purchases. This restores the Organizer Pack, but not consumed supplies or local level progress.

Keep the app installed and return with a working connection. Pending approval or storage failures retry automatically. Your inventory must have room for the entire pack before it can be delivered.

Starting a regular level uses 1 life. Finishing it returns that life; failing or leaving does not. Daily Bag levels and Reset Items do not use lives. Lives refill over time and the shop shows their current state. Optional ads offer 3 extra moves or 1 life on a shared 2-hour allowance. The Organizer Pack can collect the same supplies directly without watching an ad.

Progress is local, with no cloud save. The web playtest also saves separately per browser. Deleting the app, clearing site data or using private browsing can remove progress.

The board sums this week’s best lollipop count for each level and resets Mondays at 00:00 UTC. Levels mastered in previous weeks can count again. Improving from 1 to 3 lollipops within the same week adds 2; repeating 3 adds zero. Bonus lollipops and daily rewards do not count. Playing remains available if Game Center is offline.

Guest play saves progress locally. To use friends, open Friends on the home screen and use iOS Game Center or Android Google sign-in, then agree to create a game account. To delete it, open Friends, open Settings in the top-right corner, choose Delete friend profile, and confirm. This removes the server account, platform identity links, invitations, friendships, blocks, sessions, weekly results and unclaimed social rewards. It does not remove local progress or store purchase records. See the privacy policy for full details.

Open Friends → Invite friends; the game prepares a link automatically. Choose Share invitation or Copy invitation link. Your friend must have a compatible version of the game installed and connect their game account. If the link does not open the game, paste it into Enter code or invitation link. After your friend sends a request, you must accept it on the Invitations page. During testing, ask the inviter how to install the test build; the invitation link is not an installation link.

Reset invitation link in friend settings invalidates the old link without removing existing friends. After changing your avatar, choose Sync current name and avatar to update what friends see. Keep the app installed and refresh or retry after your connection returns. If the session expires, reconnect Game Center. Heart-postcard gifting is not available yet.
